Her dogs bark when we pull in to the driveway and when we leave.They bark at any noise they might hear in our house. Everynight when I shower the dogs howl when I turn on the water. They bark when we turn on our television. Are there city ordinances pertaining to noise pollution?Who enforces? Any experience with problem/suggestions for solutions?
