- I would like to find out if there is anything that our community can do about the Bellaire Examiner and the Southwest News papers that are distributed weekly. I walk every day and there are so many of these papers that are left on the streets, sidewalks, driveways, and front yards never to be picked up.
- My neighbor lets her three dogs roam the backyard all day. We have adjoining driveways. Her dogs bark when we pull in to the driveway and when we leave. They bark at any noise they might hear in our house. Every night when I shower the dogs howl when I turn on the water. They bark when we turn on our television. Are there city ordinances pertaining to noise pollution? Who enforces? Any experience with problem/suggestions for solutions?
