What constitutes running a business that would violate the deed restrictions? For instance, if someone has a home office, are there restrictions as to how many employees can work there?
The restrictions allow for only "Single family residences" in the neighborhood. A "home office" is more for those who work at home but do not see clients at their house. Business transacted at a home should be incidental. If it is easy to see that a person at a property is running a business from the home (receiving excessive amounts of deliveries, receiving clients, employees, etc.) they have crossed the line of single family residence. Each charge is looked at carefully by both the office staff and the Association attorney.
