Each year, properties are assessed a maintenance fee and security fee to cover the costs of the Association and security services provided by Harris County Precinct 5. 

Invoices are being prepared now and will be in homes the week of December 19th.  Payments are due on January 1st and will be delinquent after January 31st.  

Payments should be mailed to the address listed on your invoice.  (Yes, our bank processing does occur in Arizona)  Please be sure to write your account number on your payment and include the payment coupon from the bottom of your invoice.  Please pay by check or money order, we are unable to accept payments by credit card.  

Please be on the lookout for this important correspondance from Meyerland Community Improvement Association.  If you do not receive your invoice by the end of December, please contact the office for a duplicate so you may still make your payment on time.
