Every section of Meyerland has two elected Directors, with the exception of Meyerland's smallest section, Section 4, which has one. Section Directors are elected to two-year terms, so each section (except Section 4) will elect a new Director each year. In addition, there are two at-large director positions that are appointed at the discretion of the President. Elections are held during the Annual Meeting which is held in late March. The officers - President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary - are elected at the first Board meeting following the Annual Meeting. |
